Client: FS Reality, a Jaipur-based real estate developer known for high-end residential and commercial projects.
Challenge: FS Reality sought to create a disruptive brand for middle-class families, offering homes that were affordable yet high in quality, with a promise of trust and transparency. This brand represented four projects: Suvaas Agam, Suvaas Pranay, Suvaas Vijaybhag, and Suvaas Utsav.
Scope of Work: Nine Degree handled naming, brand communication, identity development, sample flat interiors, and collaborated closely with architects. Nine Degree also managed project planning, payment structures, sales team setup, and lead generation via extensive online and offline campaigns.
