Rebranding & Product Design for Growth in a Price-Sensitive Market

Client: Agribiotech Industries Limited (ABIL), a leading manufacturer of country liquor for lower-income consumers, producing whiskey, gin, vodka, and rum.

Challenge: ABIL sought to revamp their corporate brand identity and boost sales through more visually appealing liquor bottles and labels, all within a tightly controlled budget, where even minor cost increases impacted profit margins.

Solution: We developed a fresh corporate logo that captured ABIL’s core values. For the bottle and label redesign, we conducted in-depth research on consumer behavior and liquor shop displays. The result was a range of attractive, cost-effective labels that not only elevated the brand’s visual appeal but also resonated with the target market. In addition, we suggested new brand names for their whiskey and rum offerings, further aligning their products with market demands.

Results: The rebranding and redesign of ABIL’s product line successfully enhanced shelf presence and supported an uptick in sales, while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
